Chaga (inonotus obliquus) is a medical mushroom that grows on birches in the northern forests. Chaga is a powerful antioxidant and immunomodulator, a strong plant adaptogen, a source of melanin, triterpenes. 
How to use: take 2-3 teaspoons of  Taiga tea, pour 500 ml of boiling water, let it brew for at least 1 hour. Enjoy your drink. Drink no more than 2-3 cups per day.
For a more complete extraction of beneficial substances, we recommend boiling Chaga mushroom for 1-3 hours.
